Please note, our estimated turnaround times are only approximations and cannot be guaranteed, as the volume of incoming orders may vary unexpectedly. Each personalized piece is carefully handmade by our team, requiring time and attention to perfect.
Important: Once an order is placed, no changes can be assured, so please double-check your items and shipping details before confirming your order. Most of our personalization options are case-sensitive, so accuracy is crucial.

When your package is shipped, you will receive another email with shipping confirmation and a tracking number so you can follow your package as it makes its way to you!
Note: Dorado reserves the right to ship items either together or separately based on availability.
Shipping Rates:
• All domestic orders over $49 ship for free. If you choose expedited shipping during checkout, additional charges may apply. Domestic orders are typically shipped and tracked through USPS.
Estimated Delivery Times:
Please keep in mind that many factors can affect delivery times. For personalized and handmade items, delivery may take around 3-4 weeks. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 4 to 7 business days.
