Refund Policy
Returns:
Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note that personalized items are not eligible for return.
We kindly ask for your understanding that customized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is a defect. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, feel free to reach out to our customer service team, who will be happy to assist you.
Store Credit:
Store credit will be issued for the amount paid, excluding shipping costs, as refunds are not available. If more than 15 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer exchanges or store credit. Please ensure that you carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase.
Exchanges:
If you’re not completely satisfied with your product, we are happy to offer an exchange within 15 days of receiving your order. Personalized items, however, cannot be exchanged.
Before we can produce your new item, the original one must be returned to us. Please notify us beforehand and provide a clear photo of the item. If the replacement item differs in value from the original, you will either be issued a money order or a refund, depending on the difference.
We will replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds:
Sale Items:
Items purchased during sales or with promo codes cannot be refunded. Such items are considered final sale and are only eligible for an exchange or store credit. Any order using a promo code from our newsletter, pop-ups, or other promotional channels falls under this policy.
Personalized Products:
Due to the custom nature of personalized items, we may deduct a 30% restocking fee if you request to cancel or return an item after production has begun. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take up to 7 business days to complete once approved.
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you via email whether your refund is approved or denied. Items that are damaged, worn, or missing labels will be returned to you.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
For changes in size, color, or variant, items are only eligible for an exchange or store credit. If we sent you the wrong item, we’ll ship the correct one free of charge, and we may ask for a photo of the received item.
If the item you received was damaged due to our error, we’ll send a replacement free of charge. Photo evidence of the damage may be required.
If you are unsatisfied with your product, you may return it for store credit or exchange. If neither option suits your needs, a refund may be issued upon returning the item.
Incorrect Item Received:
If you received an incorrect item, please contact us right away. We’ll send the correct item at no additional cost, and may ask for photo proof of the incorrect item.
Damaged Item:
Should your item arrive damaged due to our error, please contact us immediately. We’ll replace it at no charge, and you may need to provide a photo of the damaged item.
Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account and then contact your credit card provider, as processing may take time. Next, reach out to your bank, as there is often a delay before a refund is posted.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the returned item. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will go back to the gift giver, and they will be notified of the return.
Returning Your Items:
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and any refund will have the return shipping costs deducted.
Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Please do not send your items back to the manufacturer. To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please email us the following:

• A brief reason for the return (e.g., size too big, wrong color, etc.)
You’ll receive further instructions within 2-5 business days.
Additional Terms:
Some items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers), newspapers, magazines, intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Non-returnable items include:
• Gift cards
• Downloadable software
• Certain health and personal care products
Partial refunds may be offered in the following situations:
• Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons unrelated to our error
• Items returned more than 10 days after delivery
